Dr. Kyle Kesler Appointed to Board of Tennessee Orthopaedic Society

Dr. Kyle Kesler, a fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeon, has been selected to serve on the board of the Tennessee Orthopaedic Society (TOS). This prestigious appointment reflects Dr. Kesler’s dedication to clinical excellence, medical education, and advancing the field of orthopaedic spine surgery. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive surgical training, Dr. Kesler brings a unique perspective and deep expertise to the TOS leadership team.

Dr. Kesler completed his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He went on to complete a rigorous orthopaedic residency at the University of Iowa, followed by a spine surgery fellowship at the Norton Leatherman Spine Center. Throughout his career, Dr. Kesler has demonstrated a passion for innovation, particularly in minimally invasive surgical techniques, robotics, and motion-preserving spine procedures. His work has earned him national recognition through numerous published studies and presentations.

In his new role with the Tennessee Orthopaedic Society, Dr. Kesler will support the organization’s mission to empower orthopaedic surgeons across the state.
